Two things guys don't get. the clear plastic hanging straps on tops and the multitude of clothes over the floor the plastic hanger loops, I HATE with a passion. they never stay put and I just use the regular straps, so I just take them off. When I am wearing an outfit, I grab a top and then a skirt, and a skirt and another and another. Then I have half a dozen skirts on the floor or bed.  

That's how that happens. It's not some magically being making a mess, we do it to ourselves.
